Nuclear Tsunami is a producer and songwriter based in Echo Park by way of Austin. His songs poke around the darker side of life and hide it behind sparkly fingerpicking.

He kissed his wife goodbye, pet his cats, and rode his motorcycle away from the sun into work. He never makes it back home. He passed away in a motorcycle accident. His final minutes happened in the median lane of the 10 deep in the heart of Los Angeles. It started off just as a normal Tuesday.

'Tuesday Afternoons' is an outlaw country song at heart, remiscent of something out of Austin, TX in the 70's. The song is driven by a relentless kick that keeps the song from grieving 'till it's over. There is a textured bed of acoustic guitars that create a soft platform for the vocals to sit upon with a delicate fingerstyle acoustic part sprinkled in and out of the mix.

Nuclear Tsunami is the production project of Joey F. He writes the music, arranges, and performs all of the instruments, produces each song, and also does the mixing. He is a guitarist first and heavily makes use of his fingerpicking acoustic guitar style.
